Join us at The Avenue for a high-energy outdoor fitness class designed to build strength, mobility, and endurance you can use in everyday life. This functional fitness session will focus on movements that make daily tasks easier and keep your body strong and resilient- think lifting, squatting, twisting, and balance. Certified GYMGUYZ trainers will lead the class, making it fun, safe, and adaptable for all fitness levels.
After class, enjoy complimentary assisted stretch demos from our trainers to help you recover, release tension, and feel your best.
Bring water and a mat (if you have one), and get ready to sweat, smile, and leave stronger than when you came!!
